Ray Butcher’s “BUTCHER’S BREW”

Jazz trumpet-player, Ray Butcher, brings his “Butcher’s Brew” to the Jam House tonight.
A professional musical career that started at the age of 15, Ray has recently been bringing his immensely original show of self-penned tracks and his favourite Jazz standards to some of the UK’s best known stages – Ronnie Scott’s, 606 Club, and Matt & Phreds, to name just a few.
Ray has had acclaim and chart success with a number of his collaborations with other artistes, such as the Grammy-nominated Martin Smith, and Chris Tomlin, whilst performing alongside the likes of Dr John, Mica Paris and Robbie Williams.
“Butchers Brew” is a quintet, with Ray accompanied by Tim Amann on Piano, Sam Rogers (sax), Mike Green (bass), and Miles Levin on drums.
