Immerse yourself in a Salsa Dancing Experience with the Edgar Macías’ Salseros UK.
Let this quintet take you on a journey from the roots of Salsa in the ’60s through to the “Salsa Brava” of the 70’s, then on to the contemporary, inspired by composers and interpreters such as Cachao, Joe Cuba, Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barretto, Cheo Feliciano, Oscar D’León, Poncho Sánchez, and, of course, Buena Vista Social Club.
A new project from the Edgar Macías Latin Jazz Quintet, Salseros UK features bassist & vocalist Tom Hill (USA), Andy Shillingford (UK) on Sax and flute, Miles Levin (UK) on drums and Richard Sealy (Barbados & UK) on congas & percussion, with Edgar (Venezuela) on piano & keys.
Restaurant & bars open from 6pm. Showtime 8.30pm.
