SECOND 911 DATE
Get ready to dust off the curtains and practice those backflips. 911, one of the most explosive pop acts of the 1990s, are officially celebrating 30 years at the top.
From winning Lorraine’s The Next Big Thing in 1996 to racking up 10 million record sales, Lee Brennan, Jimmy Constable, and Simon “Spike” Dawbarn are proving that the party never stops.
Between 1996 and 2000, Lee, Spike and Jimmy sold over 10 million records worldwide and were only one of five acts in the 90s to achieve 10 consecutive UK Top 10 Hit Singles (8 of which were Top 5 Hits) including fan favourite “Bodyshakin’”, “More Than A Woman”, “Love Sensation”, “Party People”, “Don’t Make Me Wait” and their Number One single “A Little Bit More”.
