Following the 2018 sell-out show, Mica Paris returns to the Jam House with her hits including ’My One Temptation’, ‘Breathe Life Into Me’ and ‘Where Is The Love?’.
Mica made an immediate impact on the UK music scene in 1988 when she released her debut, the platinum-selling ‘So Good’ album. She followed with more worldwide hit albums and singles including ‘Black Angel’, ‘Stay’ and ‘Carefree’, and has collaborated with many respected artists such as Prince and Jools Holland leading to her to being considered one of the UK’s most respected female singers with the terrific range, power, and sheer soulfulness of her voice.
Mica’s last appearance here was on her “Mica Sings Ella” tour. She recorded the two classics ‘Imagine My Frustration’ and ‘Ev’ry Time We Say Goodbye’ from the Ella Fitzgerald songbook. The interest and response of these two songs were remarkable and it will be incredible to hear her sing them live.
The show will also have tracks from her most recent studio album “Gospel”.
This show replaces the gig cancelled last year, so all the tickets from 2020 are valid for this August date
